Kirkley & Pakefield FC Winter Games Overview

The guys from Kirkley & Pakefield had a good run this winter, at least up until now. They won 4 times, had 2 draws and lost only once since the beginning of December 2017. We hope you placed your bets right and even if you didn’t, here’s a Mobile Voucher Code to bet on (or against) Kirkley in their upcoming matches. Whether you prefer betting or casino, you can discover the amazing bonus details coming straight from Mobilebet. Still, before you make up your mind, let’s talk a bit more about their recent activity.

December 2017

The last month of 2017 was quite busy for them. They started with 2 strong wins, first against Stowmarket Town 1-2 and then with the Ipswich Wanderers 4-0 at home. Their winning streak came to a premature end when they played with Long Melford and the match ended in a 2-2 tie. Things have gotten worse the next week when they lost 1-3 to Brantham Athletic in their own backyard. However, the year ended on a positive note with a 2-0 victory against Wroxham at home.

January 2018

This month, Kirkley had only 2 games. They won against Haverhill Borough 1-2 on the 13th after scoring a 1-1 tie with Wivenhoe one week earlier. They are expected to play with FC Clacton this Saturday (January 27th) at 3 pm on their home stadium. Last season, they faced Clacton twice: first in September 2016 when they obtained an incredible 10-0 victory at home, and then in March 2017 when Clacton won 2-0. Following this trend, we could say it’s Kirkley’s turn for a victory, but we’ll see what happens very soon.

Where are they now?

So far, Kirkley & Pakefield FC is on the 13th position with 31 games played, consisting in 11 victories, 9 draws and 11 losses. They managed to gather 42 points since the beginning of the season. Gorleston is close behind with 40 points, followed by Great Yarmouth Town with 36 points. Still, these 2 teams have only 27 games played.

As for the leading teams, the frontrunner is Felixstowe & Walton United with 81 points, followed by Brantham Athletic (62 points) and Stowmarket Town (61 points).

What’s next for Kirkley?

After they play with Clacton at the end of the month, February brings 4 new games for our favorites, out of which only one is played at home: the match with Hadleigh United on the 10th of the month. Before that, Kirkley is expected to face Histon and Walsham le Willows. Their last game of the winter will be against Coggeshall Town on February 24th.

We hope this little overview will help you get a clear picture, and if you have anything to add, feel free to write to us!
